What happens to your information.

Who this is

Beyond 99x is run by Ethan Popplestone, a sole proprietor based in Stellenbosch, South Africa. I'm the only person with access to any information collected through this site.

What I collect

When you fill in the audit request form, I collect: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email address, and business category. That's everything, no hidden tracking fields.

This site does not use cookies for tracking, and does not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Why I collect it

Solely to run your free Google Business Profile audit and get back to you about it, by WhatsApp, email, or a call, whichever you'd prefer. If you become a client, the same details are used to deliver and invoice the work.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, and land directly in my email inbox. If you become a client, your details are also kept in my client records for as long as we're working together, and for a reasonable period after for record-keeping purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited, in aggregate, not to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out using a browser extension like Google's own Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. WhatsApp or email me directly and I'll sort it out personally, usually the same day.
